Opera Bar’s Sunset Tasting Series is back by popular demand, with some of the best matchings we have ever hosted.

Set exclusively within Opera Bar’s Meat + Cheese room, sit back and enjoy an intimate tasting session led by some of Sydney’s top industry experts. Each event includes canapes and drinks on arrival followed by an immersive journey into some unique food and drink combinations. All of this framed by the sun setting over the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, providing the perfect backdrop.

A limit of 20 guests per session will ensure a delicious, personal and interactive experience.
