December 7, 2018
Farewell 2018 and party into the new year with Opera Bar’s world-famous NYE celebration. Our ultimate harbour-side party has sold out every year for sixteen years running – and NYE 2018 is set to be better than ever.
Watch the sun set over the harbour and be dazzled as Sydney’s world famous fireworks light up the sky. With the Harbour Bridge right before your eyes, the Opera House by your side and the city skyline above you - it doesn’t get any better than this!
Guests can sip on the limited edition Chandon x Seafolly summer bottles and Veuve Clicquot Champagne whilst they dance the night (and year) away with non-stop live entertainment through out the night ft. special guest DJ Hot Dub Time Machine.
Hot Dub (aka. DJ Tom Loud) plays songs in “strict” chronological order, mixing and mashing visuals and audio live from vinyl turntables. It’s every song you love, presented in a whole new way.
This year we’re bringing the heat of the Cuban street to Sydney with the vibrant mystery of old HAVANA NIGHTS! Think flowing dresses, tropical headpieces, sandles, guayabera shirts & fedoras.
This is one party you will never forget!
DOORS OPEN AT 6PM and party until 2am.
