Welcome 2027 Under the Southern Sky at Opera Bar – a premium New Year’s Eve celebration brought to life with immersive styling & entertainment inspired by the beauty of the southern sky.
On 31 December 2026, Opera Bar transforms the harbourside precinct into a journey through the Australian landscape, beneath the Sydney Opera House sails.
Under the Southern Sky takes everything the new Opera Bar and Winnie’s stand for – provenance, producers, place – and puts it in front of the world.
